Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy.

Refund Timeline
Once your cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
Prepaid vs Cash on Delivery
For prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method after cancellation. For Cash on Delivery orders, no payment is collected until delivery, so no refund is required when the order is cancelled before dispatch.
