Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Consumable supplements that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@arvinplus.in or call +91 99906 96316 with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return address once the return is approved.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will arrange a free return pickup or reimburse the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item free of charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.
